Please review product warranties PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE. For warranty claim consideration for a defective product a warranty claim form must be filed with all necessary information we request to be supplied. Warranties will not be allowed without following our warranty claim procedure.

• Warranty Availability: APC offers warranties on many of its products, but these warranties vary depending on the product classification and by product category. 
• Contact for Details: To get specific warranty information, including coverage and duration, it's essential to contact APC directly via phone or email before making a purchase. 
• Warranty Claim Procedure: If you believe you have a warranty claim, you must file a warranty claim form and provide all the necessary information requested by APC. 
• Claim Requirements: Warranties will not be honored if the proper claim procedure is not followed. 
• Limited Liability: APC’s liability, if any, is limited to the replacement of defective materials.
• Labor Exclusion: APC operates solely as a material supplier, and the maximum remedy provided in the event of a material-related issue is the replacement of the defective material.  
• Return Policy: Customers have a 30-day window from the date of product receipt to report any damages, missing items, quantities, or shipments, and must contact APC before using the product. 
• Improper Hardening: Improper hardening is not covered under the warranty as it is caused by improper mixing or high moisture levels in the floor.
